Shipping & Delivery
We ship the item to the customer on the same day if bought before 2:00PM. All shipments ordered after that are shipped the next working day. All items within UK are shipped by EDS Couriers through Netdasptch/ and Eden Tyres. You are sent a notification as soon as your item has been shipped. Besides, if you have logged into your account, you can see the status of your goods in "My Order Status" in "My Account" Section. Once purchased, the item(s) are dispatched next working day (Mon-Fri) Although we state 48hr delivery the item(s) should normally be received the Next Working Day for mainland (subject to postcode area, Delivery to Ireland and Scottish highlands and is £20). Any returns with free delivery £12 will be deducted for to 2 tyres or £8 for 1 tyre

Returns & Replacements
PLEASE CHECK ITEMS ONCE RECIEVED! Please check tyres before and after tyres have been mounted on wheel, and ensure tyre fitter inspects tyre before fitting to vehicle, ensure fitter submerges tyre in water tank for leak test (this is a standard procedure for fitting used or repaired tyres), we also recommend you change valves when having tyre fitted. Returns will not accepted once tyre has been driven on. Contact must be made within 7 days of purchase otherwise we cannot issue a refund and item must be returned back to us within 14days, All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging. We will accept authorized returns within 2 weeks of the purchase date.
All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labour expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
